My name is Chelsey, founder of BreathePlayLaugh.com. I am a former 2nd-grade teacher, now a stay-at-home mama! I have a toddler who runs my world (she is a tad bit bossy), an amazing husband, and a big gentle dog. I breastfed my daughter for 12 months. Therefore, I needed to create recipes that helped my low supply. These recipes helped me. So, I wrote this recipe book to help other mamas succeed in their
